It's about as tedious to leave Russia as it is to enter. This is a view of the waiting (and waiting, and waiting) room at the Murmansk airport before we ran the gauntlet of departure control. As befits a civilised nation with control of its borders, nobody was required to take off their shoes.

And here's a last look just before boarding the Finnair flight to Helsinki. Tonight we'd be sleeping in a place where the Sun sets at night for the first time in two weeks!
